«… And Justice for All» es el título del cuarto álbum de estudio de la popular agrupación norteamericana de Heavy Metal Metallica, editado por Elektra Records en América y por Vértigo en el continente europeo. Fue el primer álbum del grupo tras la trágica muerte de su bajista Cliff Burton en 1986, reemplazándolo Jason Newsted, proveniente de Flotsam & Jetsam. El álbum fue nominado a los Premios Grammy de 1989, perdiendo en última instancia con «Crest of a Knave» de Jethro Tull.
