«Like a Virgin» es el título del segundo álbum de la reina del pop mundial Madonna, lanzado a finales de 1984 a través del sello Sire Records. Las canciones en este segundo ofrecimiento, aunque no distaban mucho de las incluidas en su primer disco, sí seguían una vertiente mucho más fuerte e inclinada hacia el dance pop a pesar de incluir algunos pasajes con partes del nuevo wave. «Like a Virgin» superó más de las 21 millones de copias, convirtiéndose en uno de los discos más vendidos de la historia y básicamente, al lado de los discos de Michael Jackson, en una de las piedras angulares del pop de los 80’s y de la cultura norteamericana de la época.
